Great Customer Service

I want to report on great customer service at an oil change facility. My vehicle needed an emissions test, registration renewal and an oil change. I called one facility, and they were kind enough to tell me that they were unable to do the testing and referred me to the facility I did use. I called and they told me that it was a great time to come down since they had empty bays and I wouldn’t need to wait. Because the facility was only a few blocks away, and it was time for lunch, I drove there. I was greeted before I even shut my engine off. They took my keys and I went to check in. Now, their check in process could use some leaning out, but my vehicle went in immediately. I had time to go next door for lunch and when I came back, they were performing the emissions test. They finished that fairly quickly and explained my bill. I paid. The clerk then walked me out to my vehicle and placed the registration sticker on my license plate. I left a happy customer.
