Hydration Standard Work

I have been fixated for some time on how to create standard work for healthy habits. Here is the first one. It involves proper hydration. Most experts say that you need to drink about ½ ounces of water for every pound of body weight. And about 20% of that should be in the one hour after you wake up.

Some experts recommend adding natural salt (Celtic, Hawaiian Bamboo Jade sea salt, Himalayan or) to your water to help prevent thirst and supply minerals. This is a controversial topic, but the Excel macro we designed does include sea salt to water. Our patients can skip this step if they are advised to. However, Sea Salt has a mineral mixture very similar to our body. There are countervailing views, however. One expert advocates the use of the Hawaiian Jade salt over the others. There appear to be scientists on both sides of the debate. Here is a pro scientist, Dr. Jacques De Langre.

The Macro also calculated the average hourly consumption of water in ounces. Standard work can be trained using TWI methods, in my mind. Here it is. Healing Standard Work for Hydration and the macro used to calculate it.
